- Wage Determination List for Pima County Applicable Provisions and Clauses Performance Work Statement (PWS) MP5332.7 Contract Funding Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA487717QU048 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, Defense Circular Number 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2017-0127. This procurement is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 561621 with a size standard of $20.5 million. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001 - Installation of twenty four (24) security cameras SEE ATTACHED PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SEE ATTACHED FOR ALL APPLICABLE CONTRACT CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY AND LOWEST PRICE Any questions pertaining to this acquisition shall be submitted in writing no later than Thursday, 21 September 2017 by 3:00 PM Arizona Local Time. Written questions shall be sent to 2d Lt Ryan Tagatac at ryan_mark.tagatac.3@us.af.mil and Amanda Henderson at amanda.henderson.2@us.af.mil. NO questions will be considered after the questions due date. Questions will be addressed no later than Friday, 22 September 2017 by 3:30 PM Arizona Local Time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ. Quotes will be due to the 355th Contracting Squadron, 3180 S. Craycroft Rd.
