Description

RFQ Letter Specs Provisions and Clauses POC List 1. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby requests a quote for HON office furniture, in support of ACC-RI and HQ US Joint Munitions Command (JMC) Rock Island, in accordance with Attachment 0001 - Ops Center Furniture Specifications. 2. Request for Quote (RFQ) W52P1J-17-T-L263 will be a Firm-Fixed Price, Brand name only purchase, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of Attachment 0002 - Contract Provisions and Clauses. 3. Attachment 0003 - ACC-RI Contracting Points of Contact (POC) List is attached for your reference should there be any issues. 4. Items shall be delivered within 6 weeks after award of the purchase order, FOB destination to the following Address: HQ JOINT MUNITIONS COMMAND ATTN: RUDY TOTH 2695 RODMAN AVENUE, BLDG 350 ROCK ISLAND, IL 61299 5.
