- FA286017T0007 Combined Synopsis Solicitation, Emergency Dispatch Voice Recording System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA286017T007 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 guidelines. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The 11th Contracting Squadron (11 CONS) at Joint Base Andrews, MD intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for procurement of a digital voice recording server, ancillary recording/playback software, and required analog/Voice over IP (VoIP) recording licenses in order to upgrade emergency 911 and administrative telephone lines of the 11th Civil Engineer Squadron's Emergency Communications Center. This requirement will be pursued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290, for which the small business size standard is 750 employees. All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency. Full details are included in the attachmeent.
