Purchase request number: 0069394175, NSN: 6110-14-547-8012, Nomenclature: Governor, Motor All items are to be IAW: RAYTHEON COMPANY DBA RAYTHEON (94404) part number 44040290AA01 THALES UNDERWATER SYSTEM SAS (F8294) part number 56955197-041 and part number 44040290AA01 This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The solicitation will be posted on or around 10/11/2017 via our website, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Total quantity of the PR is for 10 units, with all 10 units being shipped to Susquehanna, PA. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies and services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interests and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
