Description

NOTICE OF INTENT: VA Miami VA Healthcare System (VACHS), Miami, Florida intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Medivators, Inc., 14605 28th Avenue N, Minneapolis, MN 55447 to provide endoscope reprocessing systems. This procurement is accomplished in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 where only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The associated NAICS Code is 423450. This is a Notice of Intent and is not a request for competitive proposals. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than noon, September 27, 2017 and all responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
