- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following Quantities (12) P-3 Pilot/Co-Pilot seat cushion sets with fabric and wool, (6) P-3 FE seat cushion sets with fabric and wool. (2) C-130 Pilot/Co-Pilot seat cushion sets with fabric and one(1) C-130 FE seat cushion sets with fabric and wool.in accordance with FAR 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Coastal Seat Cushions, 183 NE Royce Ave, and Port St Lucie, FL 34983. This cushion is designed to provide a gentle rotation of the pelvis. This rotation restores the lumbar curve and removes the compression strain from the spinal disks. These are direct replacement of the existing seat cushion in the aircrafts above. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Any firm believing it can provide a Quote for Solicitation N6893617Q0235 the requirement identified above may submit a written response to terryl.mitchell@navy.mil or mailed to NAWCWPNS, Code 254620D, Attn: Terryl Mitchell, 429 East Bowen Road, Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108 no later than 5 day from this notice date. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Seat Cushion without causing programmatic hardship. Electronic delivery of quotations is preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. Contractor must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
