- PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: FRIDAY, 22 Sep 2017 at 10:00am EST. The site visit will include one (1) locations for one (1) solicitation see below. a. FA6703-17-Q-0022 - Audio Visual / Bldg. 838 Command Post Installation Control Center Submit the names of all attendees to fran.smith.2@us.af.mil and patrina.sheffield@us.af.mil prior to 1:00 pm on Thursday, 21 Sep 2017. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees. If you do not submit the requirement registration documentation, you will not be granted access to Dobbins ARB for the pre-proposal conference. All attendees will depart from Building 812, Dobbins Base Contracting 1538 Atlantic Ave. Dobbins ARB, GA 30069. Pre-Authorization Group/Special Access Form (DARB4) located in Attachment 3.
