- Description
- This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. Contractor must demo existing flooring, wall base, toilet partitions, counters, sinks, urinals, electrical receptacles, existing surface mounted electrical and conduit, ceiling grid and tiles, lighting, HVAC, and switches. Contractor must remove and save for reuse existing heat detectors. Contractor must provide and install new wall, transition strip, plumbing wall, new floor tile and tile base trim, wall tile, mirrors, toilet partitions, water closets and urinal, lavatories and faucets, GFCI receptacle, wall access panel, ceiling access panel, wall sconce, ceiling, ceiling light, recessed light, HVAC supply air diffuser, HVAC return air diffuser, exhaust vent fan, and switches. Contractor must patch and paint existing door frame, fur out wall, move existing janitorial sink, and install government provided soap dispenser, paper towel dispenser, and toilet paper dispenser.
