- This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center “ Norfolk, Mechanicsburg, PA has a requirement to acquire Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Lenel ON-Guard. The Sole Source Statement for this requirement is attached. A firm fixed price contract will be issued. Responses to this synopsis must be received no later than 5:00 P.M.
