- CSPAR Statement of Work 773 ESS - JBSA Lackland is soliciting a Request for Proposal on: The Clinical Systems Program Assessment Review (CSPAR) is the only meeting for all Air Force Medical Service Surgeon General (SG) appointed clinical consultants and enlisted career field managers (CFMs). It provides training to consultants/CFMs and gives them an opportunity to provide input regarding policy and clinical operations by specialty and Corps. The training objectives include: educate consultants/CFMs on the latest processes, policy, and expectations of AF/SG; update all consultants/CFMs of emerging pertinent issues; provide a venue to allow the SG and each Corps chief/director to address Corps-specific issues as well as issues that cross Corps lines; and allow consultants/CFMs the opportunity to discuss problems/work solutions based on recent experiences and lessons learned. Attendance is required for all consultants/CFMs as stated in AFI 44-104 (Military and Civilian Consultant Program and Medical Enlisted Career Field Manager Program). The Contractor shall provide all facilities and support detailed in this Statement of Work (SOW) to accommodate 150 attendees for CSPAR 28 Nov-2 Dec 2017. Support shall include meeting space accommodations with table and chair setup, light refreshments and all other facilities and support detailed in this SOW. All facilities must be located within 20 miles of Randolph AFB, TX. Facilities must include a collocated fitness center for use by all conference attendees.
