- Sources Sought Status PEO U&W for PM Support Services IDIQ/MAC This Special Notice is for informational purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Reference is made to the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Sources Sought dated 09 February 2017 for the Program Executive Officer (PEO), Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons (U&W) Program Management Support Services. NAVAIR received 19 responses to the referenced Sources Sought; 9 of these responses were deemed capable. At this time, the Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO) has determined a set-aside for Small Businesses without a further small business subcategory set-aside is appropriate to have adequate competition and the NAVAIR Office of Small Business Programs concurs. Please be advised that no company is prohibited from responding to a NAVAIR Request for Proposal, so long as the company is a Small Business and meets the size standard for the particular solicitation. Please note that under a Small Business Set-Aside, the small business prime must perform at least 50% of the work to be performed in accordance with FAR 52.219-14. This procurement is for the establishment for an Unmanned Systems Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Contract (MAC) with an anticipated ceiling of $206M and a Weapon Systems IDIQ/MAC with an anticipated ceiling of $211M. It is the intent of NAVAIR to release an RFP in early FY 18 with an anticipated award in late FY18. The PSC for this requirement is R408; the NAICS is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5 million average annual receipts. Government requirements are subject to change.
