- This Solicitation is a Sole Source to Carlyle Johnson Machine Company, LLC for a Firm Fixed Price, one year service contract to remanufacture 90 each of the Electro-Mechanical Variable Speed Fan Drive (VSFD), National Stock Number (NSN) 2930-01-643-3929 in support of TACOM Life Cycle Management Command. This is the first procurement for remanufacturing of this item for. Carlyle Johnson Machine Company LLC is the developer and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of this item and its internal components, and is the only company who can remanufacture this version of the item.
