- Notice of solicitation and award of a sole source procurement under FAR Part 13.106-1 to Mackinney Systems for Mackinney JES Que for Printers Renewal. Sole Source Justification is attached to this notice. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, the Government has negotiated directly with Mackinney Systems, Inc. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
