- The purpose of this amendment is to Update the date of the Bid Opening to allow the Government additional time to address questions. The new bid opening date is 09 October 2017, 1300 hrs (CT) which is 4:00 AM, 10 October 2017 in Korea. The Government will provide responses to the questions, any revised documents, along with the call in number prior to opening day. * CLARIFICATION: th bid due date is also extended to 09 October 2017, 1300 hrs (CT) which is 4:00 AM, 10 October 2017 in Korea. **As a reminder this project is to be performed in the Republic Of Korea and all prospective contractors must comply with the Status of Forces agreement (SOFA).
