- CANCELLATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 0011013863 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 with a small business size standard of $20.50M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2017-08-14 13:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be Fort Polk, LA 71459 The MICC Fort Polk requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: Base Period of Performance: 09/01/2017 - 08/31/2018 LI 001: Sources Sought:HUGS Security Systems Maintenance;The contractor shall provide for maintenance services on existing system for an installed patient security system for HUGS, PEDZ, PASSPORT that includes but not limited to 24 hour telephone support, software maintenance and upgrades at no additional cost, repair or replacement of defective or failed parts to ensure system is in good working condition with minimal down time for patient safety, respond within 4 hours - 24 hour / 365 days, Quarterly inspections of the entire system, cover all labor for repairs, and Subscription to HUGS Computer Based Training Module. Monthly or Quarterly Billing, 12, Month; LI 002: Sources Sought: Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR)Contractor is required to provide data on Contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) for performance of this contract IAW the PWS. The cost, if any, for providing this data shall be entered into the space provided at this CLIN. If no direct cost is associated with providing the data, enter No Cost .
