- Revised Attachment 1 - Schedule of Items (the PDF attached with the SF-30 or the Excel form may be used when submitting your proposal - both do not need to be submitted). Amendment 3 - SF-30, Revised Attachment 1 - Schedule of Items, pre-bid sign-in sheet, and pre-bid notes. The National Forests in North Carolina, Tusquitee Ranger District, has a requirement for three mine closures, one vertical. The Statement of Work will provide further details. The mines are approximately 17 miles from Hayesville, NC. A pre-bid site visit will be held; see the solicitation for details. The solicitation will be posted on www.fbo.gov on or about 19 August 2017. There are no incumbents. The solicitation has been posted. Amendment 1 is to incorporate Attachment 8 - Specifications. Amendment 2 is to extend the proposal due date. Amendment 3 is incorporating the Revised Attachment 1 - Schedule of Items dated 19 September 2017 and incorporate the pre-bid sign-in sheet and meeting notes.
