This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation. Discounted Firm Fixed Price (FFP) quotes with open market pricing are being requested for Brand name or equal to Altmetric Explorer for Institutions in accordance with the Technical Specifications. The posted RFQ contains a description of requirements, Instruction to Vendors, Technical Specifications, and applicable clauses.
