- PR 69518962 was issued, under Solicitation number SPE4A7-18-R-0048, NSN 1680-01-565-5994, seat, gunner, assembl, P/N: 70500-02152-050 used on the H-60 helicopter. Approved Source is C.R. Daniels (15814). This is a sole source item. This procurement is a large Firm Fixed Definite Quantity Solicitation for a quantity of 11 each. This is a critical application. Item is a NAVY Critical Safety Item (CSI) per Critical Review Data. This is a First Destination Transportation (FDT) solicitation. The Production delivery objective is 366 DARO, with FOB point @ Origin and Inspection & Acceptance at Origin requested. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size, Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1). Surge is not required due to item not a Long Term Contract (LTC). The TINA threshold hold has not been breach. Subcontract Plan is not required. Progress Payment is not authorize for this procurement.
