This request for information/sources sought notice is for planning purposes ONLY. The results of this market research will assist in the re-evaluation of the acquisition strategy in accordance with recent VA Procurement Policy guidance. VA assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred associated with the preparation of responses submitted as a result of this notice and does not guarantee an RFQ will follow. Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice in order to identify businesses, specifically small businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide Brand Name Only Zeiss OPMI Pico microscope and ancillary items as defined below for the Coatesville, PA VA Medical Center. Summary The request is for the procurement of Zeiss OPMI Pico wall mount microscope and ancillary items for the Coatesville, PA VA Medical Center (CVAMC). The CVAMC currently has Zeiss OPMI Pico microscopes in use in their ENT Outpatient Clinic. This equipment will work in coordination to the current system and aid in the facility to offer Cerumen Removal clinics and the providers have been trained on the use of this equipment.
