- Temporary Services Attachment B Statement of Work/Specifications Attachment A Request for Proposal The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations, ship Nancy Foster, located at 1050 Register Street, North Charleston, SC, requires the rigging, installation and commissioning of three (3) Cummins brand Ships Service Diesel Generators (SSDGs) in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. All work must be performed by an authorized repair facility of the engine manufacturer or under the direct on-site supervision of a factory trained mechanic currently certified by the engine manufacturer, and shall be performed in such a manner that the manufacturer's warranty on parts and labor is not voided. The period of performance shall be October 15, 2017 - November 30, 2017. Please see the attached documents for complete details.
