- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFP-solicitation issue date 10/06/2017 and respond due date 11/06/2017. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 69321147; and set-aside for 100% Small Business. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-18-R-0060 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1680-01-216-1923, Panel Assy, Fuel Boots for 134 each. Item in accordance with Basic Dwg NR 78286 70902-01115 REV NR T1 dtd 1/26/2011 Part Number-70902-01115-042 requirements. Item is not Critical Application neither is Commercial item Item is Export Controlled. Request delivery objective at 497 days total for the followings, Contractor First Article Testing within 60 DARO to include 30 days for Government evaluation and 407 days total for production. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are authorized for this purchase.
