- Items attachment. Combined Synopsis and Solicitation. Including applicable clauses and provision. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirements listed within this solicitation are solicited on an unrestricted basis under NAICS 423610. Both performance and delivery are to be outside the United Stated and its outlying areas so no small business set-asides will be consider for the acquisition of the items listed within this solicitation. These solicitation documents, clauses and provisions incorporated by full text or by reference are those in effect through FAC 2005-95, effective 19 Jan 2017. Please provide a quote for the items listed in the attachment by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday, 25 Sep 2017. All questions regarding this Request for Quote are due in writing by 8:00 AM EST, Friday, 22 Sep 2017. Questions shall be submitted via email to james.hanley.4@us.af.mil. The Government has no obligation to answer any questions received after the due date and time. This will be a firm-fixed price contract with one Contract Line Item Number (CLIN). SEE ATTACHMENTS.
