- Wage Determination Well 2 Specs Well 13 Specs Price List Statement of Work 1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4897-17-R-0021 is solicited as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, DFARS Publication Notice 20161222, and Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular 2017-0127. This requirement is not priority rated under Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). Please provide all questions via email to Lt Lyons at connor.lyons.1@us.af.mil no later than 9am Mountain Standard Time on Friday 22 September 2017.
