This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number VA258-17-Q-0450 is a Request for Quote (RFQ) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 This is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) under NAICS 334512 with a size standard of 500 Employees Item 1: Deliver 16 Each Setra Room Pressure Monitor SRCM001WBA2H2S or equal. Salient Characteristics are below. Monitors must have bacnet capability and measure air pressure range from +/-1.O"WC 24V W/BACNET +/- 0.5% FULL SCALE Item 2: Deliver 16 Each Bi-Directional Range Selector PDP31-002 or equal. Salient Characteristics are below: LOW DIFF 0-2" NEMA 4 Delivery will be FOB Destination to: New Mexico VA Health Care System 1501 San Pedro SE Albuquerque NM, 87108 FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition Evaluation will consist of price only of offers that meet the Item description. Offerors must be registered in System for Acquisition Management (SAM) and have a completed copy of their Representations and Certifications under FAR 52.212-3 filed. FAR 52.212-4 and FAR 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition.
