- Amendment 02 is being issued for the following: It has taken the Government longer than anticipated to fully consider and respond to several substantive questions submitted. At this time, we expect to post the questions and answers by close of business, 29 September 2017. The Offer Due Date and Time is hereby extended to 3:00 PM Eastern Time on 12 October 2017 to provide offerors adequate time to consider the answers to questions and address changes to the solicitation. Amendment 01 is being issued for the following: The Offer Due Date and Time is hereby extended to 3:00 PM Eastern Time on 2 October 2017. Questions and Answers and revised solicitation documents will be posted as soon as possible via Amendment 02. Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Belvoir, VA (MICC-FB), 9410 Jackson Loop, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, is issuing this Solicitation on behalf of the Army Force Management School for a non-personal services contract to operate and present Force Management education and training to DOD personnel as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is unrestricted and the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training, with a size standard of $11M. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The bulk of the work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the Army Force Management School, 5500 21St Street, Suite 1400, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060. The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Task orders may be issued under this contract that would require either off-site work, or work at other government installations that will be specified within the individual task order. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time on 24 August 2017. A question and answer (Q&A) will be posted as soon as possible after all questions are in. OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME 3:00 PM Eastern Time on 12 October 2017. LATE OFFERS: Offerors are responsible for submitting proposals, and any modifications, revisions, or withdrawals, so as to reach the Government office designated in this solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation. Proposals or modifications of proposals received at the address specified for the receipt of proposals after the exact time specified for receipt of proposals WILL NOT be considered.
