- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing the final solicitation, N00024-17-R-6300, for the development, production, and test of the Barracuda Mine Neutralization System (Barracuda) as part of the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Mine Countermeasure (MCM) Mission Package (MP). Companies must request a copy of restricted disclosure attachments for the final solicitation N00024-17-R-6300. Companies interested in receiving the restricted documents shall complete the Terms of Use Agreement (Attachment L-4), AND the Security Classification Specification, DD Form 254 (Attachment J-1), indicating that the requesting company has a Defense Security Service (DSS) issued SECRET facility clearance, providing for SECRET personnel clearances and SECRET safeguarding capability. The Government will not provide sponsorship for new or upgraded personnel or facility clearances. The "Terms of Use" agreement shall be returned to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist. Upon proper clearance approvals by the Government, the restricted disclosure attachments will be made available in a secure manner to the Offeror so long as the Offeror has met the security requirements detailed.
