For information only, there is also a summary of principle changes from earlier versions of these documents, see the hyperlink titled, œDrawing and Specifications Revision List 9-19-2017 (post) . The Request for Offers (RFO) document is also now available for download at the hyperlink titled, œRFO - DTFASA-17-R-00152 - Portland ASSC . The RFO contains complete contract terms and conditions, as well as requirements for submitting an offer. UPDATE 9/13/2017: A draft, for-information-only, pre-RFO version of the proposed technical evaluation criteria for this project is temporarily available for viewing at the hyperlink below titled, "DRAFT pre-RFO tech eval - 9-13-2017 - rudux x DRAFT 1". The complete RFO, including final technical evaluation criteria, should be available for download before the end of next week. UPDATE 8/29/2017: Details of how to register-for and attend the optional, September 20 site visit, and also how to submit follow-on questions to the FAA, appear just below. Complete details of contract terms and conditions, and how to submit an offer to the FAA, will be posted here within about two weeks. SA30 SITE VISIT There is an optional site visit on September 20, 2017 at 8:30 AM local time. a.Meeting point. FAA Portland Air Traffic Control Tower 7108 NE Airport Way Portland, OR 97218 b.The FAA facility escort has been instructed not to answer any questions about the project during the site visit, please do not ask them any. All questions from the site visit must be submitted in writing according to the RFO ™s instructions in Section B, Clause SA29 SOLICITATION QUESTIONS (above). The FAA assumes no responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by the contractor based on the information received by any means other than in writing from the Contracting Officer. The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract, unless that understanding or representation is expressly stated in the contract. c.To attend the site visit, advance notice by email is required by September 18, 2017 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time to the FAA points of contact listed just below.
