Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation VA119A-17-Q-0442 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective February 16, 2017. The NAICS Code is 812930 Parking Lots and Garages. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price and 100% Unrestricted. Only vendors registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov), Vendor Information Pages (www.vip.vetbiz.gov), and capable of providing the required commodity will be considered for this requirement.
