- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 11, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Lobby M, Suite 2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, intends to solicit offers for supplying blood, blood components, and services to be delivered FOB Destination to the VA Ann Arbor Health Care System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105; the John D. Dingell VAMC, 4646 John R St., Detroit, MI 48201; and the Northern Indiana Healthcare System 2121 Lake Ave. Ft. Wayne, IN 46805. This is a full and open competition procurement that will be conducted using FAR part 13.5 procedures. NAICS code: 621991. The basis of award will be LPTA. The solicitation will be made available on or about 9/21/2017 and the solicitation is anticipated to close on 9/26/2017. Multiple awards are anticipated, one contract for each of the stations listed above. Interested Vendors may provide quotes for one, two, or all three stations, but quotes have to meet ALL of the requirements listed with estimated quantities in them (see tables below) for the station they are submitting a quote for.
