- The U.S. Army U. S. Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CE LCMC) anticipates a requirement for a quantity listed below: NSN Description Drawing # Initial Order 5860-01-511-8345 Sensor Unit, SU-130B 31-20000 35 5865-01-514-2857 Signal Comparator Module, CM-493B L31-30000 40 Other equipment that may need to be produced at a later date and will be required for the supplier to have knowledge of are the following: NSN Description Drawing # 5998-01-555-6985 Circuit Card Assembly (CCA)-Detector Board L31-22103 5998-01-555-7243 CCA-Processor Board L31-22202 6130-01-560-1699 CCA-Power Supply SCD L31-0039 5998-01-555-7358 CCA-Connector Board L31-34002 5998-01-555-7083 CCA-Power Supply L31-36002 2510-01-598-1459 Frame, Window, Vehicu L31-24000 6150-01-556-4310 Cable Assembly, Ribb L31-23200 The current source of supply is Goodrich Electro-Optical Systems, 100 Wooster Hts, Danbury, CT 06810-7509. The requirements are for a span of 5 years. The Army does not own or have access to a complete technical data package defining the manufacture and acceptance testing of these items, nor can it make it available to any other organization. Only the original manufacturer, Goodrich Electro-Optical Systems has the complete technical data package. The AN/AVR-2B(V) LDS system is a laser warning system that informs and assists U.S.Army aircrews in the detection and verification of impending threats from laser aided weapon systems, including Surface-to-Air Missiles, Air-to-Air Missiles, Anti-Aircraft Artillery, and small-arms weapon systems. The AN/AVR-2B(V) LDS system is designed to work through its interface with the AN/APR-39A Rarad Signal Detecting Set or the aircraft's Multi-Function Display unit. Suppliers capable of producing/supplying these items must so indicate, by writing to Commander, US ARMY, ATTN: RDER-PRI-NR, 6006 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the above source or a statement from the above source demonstrate that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that these items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. This market survey does not guarantee a contract by the Government. Responding suppliers are asked to indicate their size status in relation to the applicable NAICS code 334511 and size standard 750.
