- Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) Operational Contracting, AFSC/PZIOA, is contemplating the acquisition of Ambulance services to be performed at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, OK, 73145. The North American Standard Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for this acquisition is 621910 Ambulance Services, the small business size standard is $15M, and the Product Service Code V225 Ambulance Service. Based on responses to this sources sought, this requirement may be either set aside for Small Business or procured through Full and Open competition. The contractor shall provide 24 hour on-base state certified paramedic level emergency response and patient transport services for all personnel on Tinker AFB. Emergency responses include, but are not limited to, ambulance response to designated base or airfield location, field triage and treatment, and transport to a location capable of a higher level of medical care. The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, vehicles, supplies, equipment, and transportation. The contractor shall, at a minimum, be responsible for providing the full range of Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), paramedic, and ambulance services provided in the local community to include County protocols or standing orders and staffing minimums in accordance with State of Oklahoma regulations and protocols. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTES; therefore, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(c) any responses to this inquiry will not constitute nor will be considered as contractor offers, and no contract will be awarded as a result of this inquiry. This information will be used by AFSC/PZIOA for market research purposes, only, and the submitted information will not be returned. Submitted information will be protected in accordance with DoDD 5400.11, Department of Defense Privacy Program, and DoD 5400.11-R, Department of Defense Privacy Program, and no feedback will be provided regarding submissions or the total number of submissions received. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this request for information, as the government is not liable for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to query the market for potential interested, capable, responsible, and qualified commercial small business offerors that may perform the stated requirement. The government is interested in collecting market data/information in accordance with FAR Part 10, from potential sources that have the capability to provide the required services.
