- The Army Contracting Command Command-Redstone Arsenal AL intends to award Silicon Expert Technologies, Inc., on a sole-source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1(c) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and name brand descriptions." for Silicon Expert Tool subscription. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the government's intent to award a sole-source purchase to Silicon Expert Technologies, Inc. Any parties that feel they can meet this requirement should contact Samuel Mason via email at samuel.j.mason.civ@mail.mil, no later than 22 September 2017 at 11 AM (CST).
