Description

This is a notice of intent to Sole Source award in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(1) The contract will be awarded to United States Postal Service and Pitney Bowes/CitiBank LockBox OPS for metered postage. Intent to award on a sole source basis supported by and in accordance with FAR 6.302-5 pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c), 41 USC 1901, and 41 USC 102-192. Full and Open Competition need not be provided when a statute expressly authorizes or requires that the acquisition be made through another agency or from a specified source. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued.
