Description

1 The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Biloxi, MS, is issuing a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is being issued.
