Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 prepared with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The VA Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS) has a need to supply Ra-223 Dichloride (Xofigo ®) radiopharmaceutical used in the treatment of select patients with metastatic prostate cancer.. Solicitation number #VA261-17-Q-1257 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective January, 20, 2017.
