- The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to Boston Scientific Corporation, 170 Baytech Drive, San Jose, CA 95134 in accordance with FAR 13.106-1. This order is for the iLab Polaris hardware/software upgrades service plan. As the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Boston Scientific has been identified as the only provider for this service, as they do not utilize distributors/partners to provide these upgrades. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. This is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. No solicitation is available. Any information submitted in response to this notice of intent is strictly voluntary.
