- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 prepared with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation VA Central Healthcare System (VACHCS) has a need for non-PET radiopharmaceuticals used in the evaluation of organ function and certain diseases. Solicitation number #VA261-17-Q-1252 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective January, 20, 2017.
