THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of the Fayetteville VA Medical Center, is conducting market research to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone interests to determine whether to set-aside an acquisition to provide Maintenance and repair services on MEDRAD Contrast Injection systems for one of our clinics The Department of Veterans Affairs, Fayetteville VA Medical Center located at Fayetteville, NC is seeking an experienced contractor Certified as an authorized Beyer/MEDRAD service provider to provide maintenance and repair services for the MEDRAD Contrast Injection system in use at one of their associated Health Care Clinics. The contractor shall must have original equipment manufacturers (OEM) training on the specific models located in the Fayetteville HCC and must have full and unfettered access to all OEM service publications, diagnostic and service software. Certification as a qualified Field Service Engineer by Beyer Healthcare is required. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 811219, Size Standard $20.5 Million Dollar, and the Classification code is J065. Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: 1. Company name and DUN # 2. POC information 3. Business size and socio-economic classification (for example SDVOSB, Woman-owned) 4.
