- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00604-17-Q-4107. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-95 and DFARS Change Notice 20161222. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is _332999_ and the Small Business Standard is 750 employees. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns The Fleet Logistics Center, Pearl Harbor, Contracting Department requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following item: Item Description: Hazmat Storage Locker - space for 24 pallet positions. Item Quantity Needed: Est. 2 4 each lockers depending on pallet positions (Each locker shall provide between 6 and 12 pallet positions) Required specifications: a) 4 hour fire rating b) Push back rack system enabling pallet loading/unloading from the door by forklift 1. Pallets shall stack no higher than two levels c) Pallet positions suitable for pallets measuring 48 in W x 40 in D x 48 in H d) Pallet positions suitable for pallets weighing 1500 pounds each e) Minimum door opening 6 ft W by 8 ft H f) Mechanical ventilation exhaust system g) Secondary containment sump h) Factory Mutual (FM) Approval i) Total of 24 pallet positions, with 6 to 12 pallet positions per locker j) Compatible with 208V electrical supply k) Equipped with NFPA 704 sign l) Equipped with electrical grounding m) Corrosion resistant materials suitable for exterior use in a tropical climate Delivery date is 30 September 2017 or best available date. Delivery Location is Building 1070H, Vickers Avenue and A Street, JBPHH, HI 96818.
