Description

Sole Source Justification Notice of Intent Notice of Intent The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Thomson Reuters West Group, pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for the renewals of 73 subscriptions maintained by the PBGC Corporate Library. The period of performance is for a Base Period of twelve (12) months and two (2) twelve (12) month Option Periods. This is not a Request for Quotation, but a notice of Intent. An RFQ will not be issued. Interested parties may submit their capability statements for the required services to David Poppe at poppe.david@pbgc.gov no later than September 11, 2017, 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation will not reimburse any costs connected with providing the capability information. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice. Contract No. 16PBGC18P5002 has been awarded to West Publishing Corporation on a sole source basis. See attached Sole Source Justification.
