- Performance Work Statement -Stephen M.R. Covey This is a 24 hour Synopsis notice in support of Army Contracting Command- Redstone (ACC-RSA). The Business Management Workforce Directorate Division of the Army Contracting Command-Redstone (ACC-RSA) has an urgent requirement for keynote speaker services from Mr. Stephen M.R. Covey to deliver 5-7 seminar sessions focused on 'Speed of Trust'. The anticipated period of performance will be from 30 September 2017- 30 December 2017. The training seminar sessions from Stephen M.R. Covey shall be delivered to set the tone and support the message of self management and organizational change. All sessions will be delivered to the ACC-RSA workforce. The anticipated contract will be Firm Fixed Price.
