- Intramural Score Boards for 11 FSS 26 September 2017 1. Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1D3777167AW17 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 guidelines. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89. All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency. 2. Acquisition Details This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. This is a BRAND NAME or EQUAL requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339920 (Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing), and the business size standard is 750 employees. 3. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract for the following items that are being procured: Minimum Salient Characteristics: CLIN Description Quantity Unit Price Total Price 0001 This requirement is for provision and installation of the following product or equal: (1) Daktronics 10mm interior electronic message center; panel size 3' x 5' (height x width) / Part Number: DVNMC 64x288 10 RGB SF 120VAC (2) Daktronics BB-2107-AR-PV gymnasium wall mounted scoreboards; panel size 6' x 10'(height x width) with the following accessories: (1) 9' x 2' (height x width) non backlit identification panel mounted alongside scoreboard (2) BB 2114 R PV shot timers; mounted to basketball goal frame (2) BB 2135 end of period goal light system; mounted to existing goal frame (2) wireless control consoles Contractor to remove and dispose of existing scoreboard and ensure all power provisions for complete "turn key" operation of new scoreboard. 1 4. Delivery Information FOB: Destination Delivery date: 30 days ADC Delivery address: Joint Base Andrews MD 20762 Contractor must provide an affirmative statement of their ability to meet the delivery requirement of 30 days after date of contract 5.
