However, the Government will consider all proposals received within two (2) days after date of publication of this notice. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of request for quotation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a subsequent competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract on 26 September 2017.
