This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number VA258-17-Q-0455 is a Request for Quote (RFQ) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 This is set aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 339112 with a size standard of 1000 Employees Item 1: Deliver 2 Each Transcutaneous pCO2 Monitoring System Radiometer Part number COMBI M54 or equal. Delivery will be FOB Destination to: New Mexico VA Health Care System 1501 San Pedro SE Albuquerque NM, 87108 FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition Evaluation will consist of price only of offers that meet the Item description. Offerors must be registered in System for Acquisition Management (SAM) and have a completed copy of their Representations and Certifications under FAR 52.212-3 filed. FAR 52.212-4 and FAR 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition.
