Description

Notice of Intent Award to Sole Source Announcement No: VA257-17-N-1469 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17 in San Antonio, hereby announces its intention to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract for a Service Agreement for the Pharos Excimer Laser to RA Medical Systems, Inc., a large business. The period of performance is from 9/29/17 to 9/28/18 for a total duration of one year. Per FAR 5.2, this notice hereby acts as the required posting for this transaction. Should any company believe they can provide the same services, please respond with evidence that the company is able to provide the service, provide the original equipment manufacturer parts, have access to necessary passwords and trained technicians, please notify Chris Perina at christopher.perina@va.gov before Thursday, September 26, 2017 @ 1700 EST. "This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government."
