- Amendment 0001 to extend quote submission date. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation # N6264517Q0031 for Direct Buy to Geo-Med, LLC This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Direct Buy Requirement. Proposals from offerors other than Geo-Med, LLC are not being accepted. Only Geo-Med, LLC is allowed to propose. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 19, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N6264517Q0031. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions. The FAR and DFARS clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/FAR/ and www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS code is 325412. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is on behalf of the Naval Medical Research Center-San Antonio (NAMRU-SA). This requirement is for an IDIQ base contract for Geo-Med, LLC to deliver 400-800 ug of human growth hormone, rhPDGF-BB, every 2 months. The proposal due date is 4:00 PM Eastern Time on 27 September 2017. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors section of this document.
