Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OI&T), Service Delivery and Engineering, Enterprise Operations (EO) intends to award a firm fixed price sole-source contract to Southwestern Bell Telephone, L.P. AT&T for Private Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) Ring voice and data services on a sole source basis. The justification for this noncompetitive solicitation is due to Southwestern Bell Telephone, L.P. AT&T is the sole supplier that has access to the lines.
