Description
Solicitation due NLT 2:00 PM EDT on 27 October 2017. DD254 CDRL 3 CDRL 2 CDRL 1 Industry Questions Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, Virginia, anticipates awarding up to seven (7) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) contracts utilizing full and open competition with up to four (4) of those contracts reserved for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with a five (5) year ordering period. The Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) provides mission support services for the following tasking areas: Task Area 1: General Administrative, Technical, or Analytical Task Area 2: Training Development Task Area 3: Doctrine Development Task Area 4: Capability Development* Task Area 5: Instruction Task Area 6: Training Aids, Devices, Simulations, Simulations (TADSS), Modeling, and Analysis These mission support services enable MCoE to develop training strategies, concepts, and products for the current and future forces, including: the Armor Brigade Combat Team, Stryker Brigade Combat Team, and Infantry Brigade Combat Team (ABCT/SBCT/IBCT); Airborne, Ranger and Special Forces; as well as other proponent organizations such as the Battlefield Surveillance Brigade (BFSB) and Cavalry organizations. The MCoE accomplishes this mission through: the integration of virtual, constructive, and live training; exploitation of existing and emerging technologies; and, training, doctrine and capability development and its integration into institutional and unit training. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code selected for this acquisition is 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services. The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this NAICS code is $15M. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All documents including the solicitation, W911S017R0007, and all amendments to the solicitation will be obtainable via the Federal Business Opportunities, ww.fbo.gov. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Any questions must be submitted by 2:00PM EDT on 12 October 2017. All questions will be answered by 2:00PM EDT on 19 October 2017.
