Suite 161 Farmington Hills, MI 48335 Subject: Notice of Award, Build Out Clinics in Prior Emergency Room/Urgent Care, Contract VA250-17-C- 0201 Dear Mr. Daniels, Acceptance is hereby made of your offer for the Bid Item No. 1, Base Bid dated 8/8/17 submitted in response to Solicitation No. VA250-17-B-0489 (inclusive of Amendments 0001, 0002, and 0003) for Build Out Clinics in Prior Emergency Room/Urgent Care, Project No. 506-327 at the Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Ann Arbor MI. Award is for consideration of Six Million Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($6,880,000.00) in strict accordance with the contract terms, project specifications, and drawings. The contract allows Five Hundred Forty Seven (547) calendar days for completion of the project after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
