- *Attachment 7 has been updated to remove 3 submittal requirements, the changes are identified via “strikethrough” font. All previous versions are obsolete. This FBO amendment is issued to provide clarification on which equipment requires Preventative Maintenance (PM). This information is provided as a courtesy to ensure all potential offerors fully understand the PM requirement. PM is only required for line items within 'Attachment 5 TE-2' that have a RS Means Assembly number annotated in Column C of the spreadsheet. All other equipment identified within 'Attachment 5 TE-2' is there for informational purposes only. If an RS Means Assembly Number is not present then the equipment may require corrective maintenance on an as needed basis utilizing the service order process, but not preventative maintenance. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation and subsequent amendments remain unchanged.
